Quality Control

Quality control tests on materials and products of Matin Company are performed in three levels which are entrance tests on raw material, tests on the products during production and final tests.

Control of raw materials and molds:

1. Control of Fiber and dry textiles

• Fibers and woven fabrics eye control
• Thickness control
• Sizing connection
• The moisture content
• Fibers density
• The mechanical strength of filments and fabrics

2. Control of resin

• Determination the density
• Determination the viscosity
• Determination of acidit
• Determination the gel time
• Moisture absorption

Product control during production:

• Control layer of padding and wrapping
• Curing cycle control
